Attracting Visitors

By attracting a diverse pool of candidates GRADES stands out from other recruitment events.

We achieve this by working with hundreds of community organisations in each region to ensure that their members are aware of the events and the opportunities they offer.

So, for GRADES exhibitors, meeting with up to 3,000 job seekers targeted from diversity contact groups and media under one roof in a single day has never been easier.

Each of the recently launched events will over the coming months take advice and guidance from organisations such as RDA's, LSC's and CEHR.

GRADES will market each event via:

• Local and regional community groups - targeting all 6 diversity strands

• Libraries

• Local and regional press

• Jobcentre Plus network and other employment support groups

• Local Government

• National diversity network and support groups and media

• Web advertising

• Regional professional associations that represent & support minority groups

• Religious groups and places of worship

• LGBT associations and societies

• Disability organisations and associations

• University minority Societies - ethnic, religious, gender focused, gay and lesbian groups.

• Community partnerships and projects

• Cultural resource centres

• Race equality councils

• Diversity practitioners

• Local and regional diversity networks
